The first meeting of the Bartow County GOP is set for tonight at Georgia Highlands and local Chair Beverly Peyton is hoping for new faces. She said there is a lot of work to be done and everyone can participate.
Peyton said the GOP is readying for the 2026 mid-term elections in getting more people to come to the polls and educating them about issues crucial to conservative causes. The monthly GOP meeting is tonight beginning at 6 p.m. at Georgia Highlands. Those who plan to eat should RSVP and be prepared to pay for their meal. Anyone can come and listen without purchasing a meal.
Randall Trammell, candidate for State School Superintendent, will be speaking.
