On Friday, January 5, 2024, at approximately 9:39 A.M. officers with the Cartersville Police Department were made aware of a bomb threat at Savoy Auto Museum, 3 Savoy Lane.
The building was evacuated and secured. A bomb K9 deputy from Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office was called in to conduct a safety sweep of the building and no threat was found. The building was cleared safely, and we thank Cherokee County S.O. for their support.
