When it comes to finding delicious recipes to try, no one does it better than Nana. She has been baking for 35 years, making everything under the sun. It wasn’t easy but we have convinced Nana to share some of her most popular recipes with us.

This pecan cobbler will leave you wanting more. It’s a guaranteed hit at the holidays. Some of our most treasured memories are the days of gathering together on Christmas Eve to dine together. Of course we always say grace. Nana wouldn’t have it any other way!

Ingredients
1 stick of butter
1 cup pecan pieces
1-1/2 cups self rising flour
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1-1/2 cups hot water
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients together, adding the hot water last.
Pour mixture into greased 9″x13″ pan
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool to firm up.
Add vanilla ice cream for added flavor.
