On January 5, 2023 this truck pulling a trailer full of pallets was dragging on the roadway causing grass fires to ignite all along US 411/GA 20 from Bartow County to Floyd County.
Jennifer Beaty recorded this video and the police department just released it back to her.
We received multiple reports of grass fires on the Facebook pages for Bartow County Georgia Media Group and Floyd County Georgia Media Group.
Fortunately the fire department arrived quickly and began extinguishing the fires before any structures were damaged.
