It’s that time of year again. Seasonal allergies are hitting hard as all the plants and trees are beginning to bloom. Everywhere I go lately I see people sneezing, coughing and having watery eyes. If they speak and mention their allergies, I always tell them about this because it does work!
The strange thing is I am not allergic to anything according to my doctor, a blood test and a skin prick test but yet every Spring and Fall I develop symptoms of allergies if I forget to use Flonase Sensimist.
If you have already developed symptoms of allergies, you can use Advil (Ibuprofen), Afrin (short term only) and a ‘behind the counter’ medicine with “D” in it if the congestion has reached your upper respiratory area.
